Dr. Aaron Montgomery, MFT, Psy.D.

Dr. Montgomery has provided a variety of mental health services to children, adolescents and parents for over 10 years. He is experienced in the application of evidence based treatments including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT; a treatment for disruptive behavior in children) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT; a protocol for treating trauma in children). In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Montgomery has experience supervising graduate level interns, has conducted and presented original research to mental health professionals and has served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Written Clinical Examination development process and the California Board of Psychology California Law and Ethics Exam (CPLEE) development process. In his free time, Dr. Montgomery enjoys photography, film, music, developing new culinary skills, and spending time with his family.
